Getting mixed messages about college options across agencies? Support for including college in adult service plans varied widely across partners' offices, often because of unclear information about eligibility and funding. The MA Center brought partners together through a short-term cross-agency workgroup to clarify key questions and develop shared FAQ resources. Now, agencies are working from more consistent information, and teams can better support students exploring college.
